I’ve been waking up to that phrase since I was 11 years old. If you aren’t also a Mythical Beast, you probably don’t know what I’m talking about.
Sometimes referred to as the “Dads of YouTube”, lifelong friends Rhett and Link started Good Mythical Morning (GMM) on January 3rd, 2011. If GMM is news to you then you’re in luck because there is basically an infinite amount of content to consume with Rhett and Link.
Today their multimedia company Mythical Entertainment is worth 30 million dollars and has content across virtually every platform.
Rhett and Link have produced books, albums, TV shows, podcasts, and even merch complete with mythical beard oil.
GMM has been a positive way to start my weekday before the grind begins for the past three years I’ve been at ‘Noke. The show is ever-changing, and I feel like I’ve grown alongside it.
So, I recommend trying it out for a week! You don’t really have to watch it in the morning but making their wholesomeness a part of the daily routine is a nice way to relax. At this point, I feel like I know Rhett and Link personally.
The biggest theme in GMM is food. Here are some recent video titles: “Dunkin vs. Krispy Kreme Taste Test”, “What Are We Swimming In?”, and “Will it Pop Tart?”
Mythical Chef Matt also has his own channel of course… Mythical Kitchen.
Sadly, mythical summer just ended so I’ve been Good-Mythical-Morningless for the start of school, but season 20 starts September 13th!
