City of Salem & Roanoke College to Host D3 Men & Women’s Soccer Championship

Roanoke College and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference are set to host the D3 men and women’s soccer championships this week in Salem, VA. 

This is the 100th NCAA event hosted in Salem in just thirty years!

For many NCAA athletes, Salem will be remembered as the place where they won a national championship. Four semifinalist teams on the men’s and women’s side will face off at Kerr Stadium, starting Thursday, November 30th and crowning national champions the following Saturday and Sunday. 

Women’s Games for Thursday:                 Men’s Games for Friday:

Cal Lutheran vs. Tufts – 3 p.m.                     St. Olaf vs. Washington College – 3 p.m.

Messiah vs. U Wash – 6:30 p.m.                   Amherst vs. W&L– 6:30 p.m. 

 

The women’s championship will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, followed by the men’s finale, 

also at 12 p.m., on Sunday. 

Roanoke College students will be provided with a free ticket to the games by showing their Maroon Card at the gate.
