Maroons Talk: Thanksgiving

By Marisa Seager

Lucy Collins, a senior from Richmond, VA:

“My plan for Thanksgiving is to stay at home and have Thanksgiving dinner and festivities with my parents and brother, as well as my two grandparents on my mother’s side. What Thanksgiving means to me is the idea of being fortunate for my life, and for my family and what they have given me. It’s also just about spending time with my family or friends and being thankful for how they have influenced my life.”

Sydney Young, a freshman from St. Peter, MN:

“I am going to go to my roommate’s home for Thanksgiving”
