In response to “Did you travel over the summer? Where and why?”
Sydney Abercrombie ‘28 said, “Over the summer I went to Shenandoah to walk the Appalachian trails. My family and I go everywhere, but this year was special because not only was it my last vacation with my parents because I would be starting college; but we also saw – you guessed it, a possum.”
In response to “What is the most interesting food you tried over the summer?”
Ryan Hawkins ‘27 said, “The most interesting food I’ve tried is Kimchi. It’s basically cabbage, and I love cabbage. It’s also spicy and I love spicy food. I highly recommend trying it if you haven’t.
In response to “What are you excited to learn/do this semester?”
Casey Toler ‘26 said, “I am excited for this semester because I will be in a new environment. I feel like this semester has pushed me into a new level of unknown and I can’t wait to explore all of what this semester has to offer.”
