Tour"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>by Karen Kohler<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five years after her \u201cReputation\u201d tour, Miss Swift finally hits the road again on a stadium tour.\u00a0 This time she\u2019s featuring all of her eras, not just one, making for a three hour and 15 minute setlist consisting of 44 songs.\u00a0 Two of these are surprise songs that change every night and are done stripped down, one on the guitar and one on piano.\u00a0 The surprise song from her latest show on Saturday 3\/25 in Vegas, she performed the beautifully romantic \u201cCowboy like Me\u201d with Marcus Mumford of Mumford and Sons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since she hasn\u2019t had the opportunity to tour \u201cLover,\u201d \u201cFolklore,\u201d\u00a0 \u201cEvermore,\u201d or \u201cMidnights\u201d yet, she is giving more focus to these albums.\u00a0 It is to the disappointment of some fans that she doesn\u2019t have any songs from her debut album on the setlist and only has \u201cEnchanted\u201d from \u201cSpeak Now.\u201d\u00a0 However, it makes sense because she\u2019s been touring the songs from those albums for a long time now.\u00a0 Also, she has not re-recorded either of these albums yet, which may or not be related because she hasn\u2019t re-recorded \u201c1989\u201d or \u201cReputation\u201d yet either and she\u2019s performing a set for each of those.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taylor did not hold back in any sense on the production, with outfit changes for each era including the surprise songs, and there\u2019s an outfit change in the \u201cMidnight\u201d set so that\u2019s 11.\u00a0 She has an outfit change, though it&#8217;s not a full one, during \u201cMidnight Rain\u201d on-stage where she\u2019s covered by umbrellas her backup dancers are holding.\u00a0 Her transition from the surprise songs to the \u201cMidnights\u201d set caused a lot of confusion at first because she quite literally dove off the stage and there was a video of her swimming during the transition on the TVs and backdrop.\u00a0 She is, predictably and perhaps unfortunately, not actually swimming in a sea under the stage, she just dives into a pile of pillows and does an outfit change.\u00a0 Also of note is her set being complete with what is often coined as the \u201cLover House,\u201d which is the house shown in the \u201cLover\u201d music video and has a room for each era.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She opened the tour on 3\/17 in Glendale, Arizona and there was so much excitement surrounding this that the city was renamed to \u201cSwift City.\u201d\u00a0 She opens with \u201cMiss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince &#8221;
