While it\u2019s pretty common that most people who go to the gym walk in with or already wearing earbuds\/headphones, let\u2019s settle this right here right now. What is the best gym music you might ask? Well rock music of course.<\/span><\/p>\n Although I\u2019ve only been going to the gym consistently for a while now, I do know that when I go, I like to feel motivated and sometimes even a little angry. Some of my best sessions have been on days where I\u2019ve been stressed or generally upset.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For instance, on certain days of the week I go after a certain class as it happens to be my most stressful of the semester. That tactic combined with the right music just really seems to work for me, so maybe it will for you too. It pushes me to go, keep going, and leave feeling better than I did when I first came in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Rap music just doesn\u2019t do it for me when I\u2019m at the gym, but I also can\u2019t listen to calm music if that makes sense. In other words, it has to pump me up.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n So, the next time you hit the gym try listening to something a little different!
