\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0With Halloween just around the corner, it is time to talk about the best Halloween movie of all time: \u201cHocus Pocus.\u201d Ironically, when this movie originally came out, it was not released during Halloween. Also, it was extremely unsuccessful when it was first released. For whatever reason, years later it became exceedingly popular amongst younger and older generations. This movie is a cult classic, and Halloween is the perfect time to watch it.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cHocus Pocus\u201d is about the Sanderson Sisters, who are witches that lived in Salem, Mass. They use magic and potions to take the life from children. In doing this, they stay young and beautiful forever. Hundreds of years ago, they were killed by the villagers they lived near for performing witchcraft. However, they cast a spell that would allow them to come back to life for one night: Halloween.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Jump forward to years later, the main character Max accidentally brings the witches back to life. Now it is up to Max and his little sister Dani to help save the town from the witches. \u201cHocus Pocus\u201d is family friendly and is more of a comedy than a scary movie.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This movie was so amazing that years after the original release it has been decided that there needs to be a sequel. \u201cHocus Pocus 2\u201d is going to be released on Disney+! Fans cannot wait to see the Sanderson Sisters in action again. Even better, all the original actors that played the witches will be coming back for the sequel. The new movie should be coming out in 2022, so keep a lookout.
