So, here are 22 things I love about Roanoke College, all of which I will miss dearly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lifelong friendships I have created.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Communication Studies department that created a fun learning environment where I always felt cared for (both academically and personally).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bread Board in Commons!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The faculty and staff who started as mentors, and though they are still mentors, also became friends.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seeing President and Mrs. Maxey on their daily walks.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Watching the sunset when coming out of dinner in Colket or while running on the treadmill in Cregger.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sitting outside of Cavern to do homework in the afternoons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cheering on RC sports. Go, Maroons!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday on the quad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having Olde Salem be a 0.3 mile walk away.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunny days in Sunny Salem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The soft M&amp;M cookies served in Commons every once and awhile.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serving as a peer mentor for first-year students.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mac \u2018N Bobs beer cheese with pita bread\u2026 sorry I\u2019m not a huge calzone girl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">President\u2019s Ball. I mean how often do you have the opportunity to dress up in the \u201creal world?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hosting a blind dating show!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bingo- the game I probably won\u2019t play again for 50+ more years.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pink blooms on the trees in the spring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being part of the Salem community and scoping out the tables at Olde Salem Days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chef Jacob\u2019s omelets.
