According to Irish Music Daily\u2019s website, in the States, The High Kings have played at Irish festivals and theaters, appeared on television, and even performed for the President in 2012.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With a varied sound created with the numerous instruments utilized in the band and a keen ear for both lyrics and music, The High Kings lend a stirring spirit to every song they perform, whether an old folk ballad like \u201cBlack Velvet Band,\u201d or one of their originals, such as \u201cIrish Pub Song.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to laoistoday.ie, the announcement of their Irish tour came at the beginning of September, along with the introduction of a new band member who will be joining just in time for the tour, Paul O\u2019Brien.
