Every summer, Roanoke College attempts to continue to improve and renovate the campus to provide a better living experience here. This summer, RC dining services was part of the summer renovations. Our to-go option on campus, Cavern, located <\/span>on the bottom floor of the Colket Center has gone through a facelift. With new furniture and new paint, the room will look completely different to returning Roanoke Maroons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chef Matt is also very proud of the newest addition to the Cavern menu: the burrito!\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cI\u2019m certainly proud of the new look of the Cavern, if you haven\u2019t been down there, it\u2019s redesigned and looks great. We\u2019re going to do some more things down there, and certainly with the addition of the burrito down there, I think it\u2019s a good addition and it\u2019s certainly kind of a game changer,\u201dsays Chef Matt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For those who love the Burrito Bar in Commons, you now have a chance to have a burrito bar everyday and even enjoy it in your own rooms.\u00a0 The burrito includes chicken and beef options as well as guacamole and salsa.
