Check out the Entertaining Options RC Has to Offer!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Written by Lucy Collins<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Calling all students with too much free time on their hands: Roanoke College offers various interactive opportunities to help occupy your boredom. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Throughout the month, Roanoke College is offering: RC Light Midweek Worship, Va Watercolor Society 39 Annual Exhibition, Olin Galleries Biennial Exhibition of Student Entry, and Kickin\u2019 it Live. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">RC Light Midweek Worship is a weekly gathering for Christian worship. Preaching and Communion is offered and hosted by the Chaplin\u2019s office. RC Light Midweek Worship is hosted in Antrim Chapel, every Wednesday from 7:30-8:30PM. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Olin galleries are also hosting the biennial exhibition and calling for artist entries. This is a great opportunity for any individual within a 200-mi. radius of Roanoke College to submit their art work to be on display. Artwork of any medium can be submitted, including crafts, drawing, film, video, printmaking, sculpture, etc. In order for artwork to pass submission, it must be original and made in the past three years. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kickin\u2019 it Live is an event that event features D\u2019Lo from HBO\u2019s \u201cLooking\u201d and Netflix\u2019 \u201cSense 8.\u201d Kickin\u2019 it Live is a series of alternative programs aired on weekends.
